first papers reported go back to 1772. You can search by structure or by any of
its 80 data fields. Gmelin is LitLink enabled. This means when clicking on a
reference you get transferred to the original electronic article, provided you
have access rights.
The MSIT Workplace consist of an environment on the Internet (www.matport.com)
to assist material scientist to find answers. A very important part is the
database of phase diagrams and its
related data. This database contains the largest collection of phase diagrams.
More than 3500 are evaluated. This means each diagram summarizes the results of
many publications and was evaluated by scientists in the field.
