What can we offer that is different?

1. We have a programmer in Lörrach, Germany with long experiences in MDL, and Bio LionSciences. He is an expert .Net programmer with a vast knowledge of Oracleand other relational database systems.
2. We cooperate with Mirasoft, see below. Mirasoft provides good programmer at very competitive prices.
3. We have access to Symyx (MDL)'s consulting group. This group has developed and implemented huge projects at the large pharma companies.

Software Factory and Contract Programming

We work together with the Ukrainian company MiraSoft/MiraTech Ltd., which has the possibility to hire programmers that can work on specific projects or can provide software factories. There are three possible business models:

1. Software Factory

Under software factory, we understand a group of programmers that work for one customer, but are not directly on the payroll of this customer. This is a very cost effective solution for outsourcing larger projects.

I have experience with a software factory in Hungary that does custom specific programming for customers in Western Europe. We could build a similar operation in Kiev.

A software factory in Ukraine could look like this. Somebody from Mirasoft would be the manger in the Ukraine responsible for the organization in the Ukraine. He would work together with project managers in Germany or wherever they are located. In the Ukraine one would want to have some senior programmers with language skills that can travel to the customer to work closely with the end-user and project leaders. Other programmers in the Ukraine would work according to exact defined software specifications. 

2. Leasing of Programmers

We can provide programmers for special projects. The customer decides which qualification he needs and how he wants to work with the programmer. The programmer might work for some period of time at the customer's site.

3. Project Management

We define with the customer the project and deliver, may be even maintain the code. We would develop with the customer a concept paper that explains the purpose and goals of the project. We would investigate if we have technical resources in the Ukraine to start the project. Together with the customer we would develop the fist version of the software requirements document and the software specification document. Then we would be able to quote a price for the project.
