Project Library is now replaced by Afferent.

Project Library is a stand alone desktop program to generate generic, partial and completely enumerated structures. Project Library is based on ISIS/Base and you can store data with the structures. In addition a clipping function makes it easy to transfer complete structures from other sources, like ACD, delete automatically the functional group and build new structures using these clipped fragments.

Structures can be transferred to the host based Central Library.
